The Rutland TS5204 is an adjustable size 2-4 overhead door closer suitable for doors up to 1100mm wide or 80kg in weight. The TS5204 is a medium duty door closer which can assist door sets meet the requirement of Approved Document M and BS8300 recommendations. This closer is suitable for all standard fixing applications, has adjustable closing speed and latch action and is supplied with matching arm and cover. The TS5204 is CE marked, certified in compliance to EN1154, and has been fire tested to EN1634 for up to 60 minute timber fire doors.
