This beautifully finished fastener is forged from steel and is a part of the Monkeytail range of products. It has the added security of a locking mechanism operated by means of a small grub screw on the handle. This item has also been machined to a very high standard to give the correct tolerances and is lockable by way of an allen key. The handle is designed to be fitted for ease of use by the left hand. Windows without a central mullion, a separate Hook Plate must be ordered. Suitable for internal and external use. Supplied complete with fixings.
Our black finish is baked in a high-temperature oven giving it a durable corrosion resistant finish. It is resistant to moisture and can be used in bathrooms and damp conditions. This finish has been salt tested to 480hours, which meets grade 5 British Standard. Wiping with a lightly oiled cloth from time to time will remove harmful deposits and maintain its original condition.
